The definition of premature is a grey area. In order to define Premature Ejaculation you have to look at social surroundings as well as you and your partners sexual requirements.

In some social settings it is not a problem for a man to ejaculate right away. as in when it is a male predominate society. there simply is no complaint because the women arent concerned. But for our general definition, we will cover pre-intercourse ejaculation. (ejaculation prior to having sexual contact).

Most of the time this is caused due to anxiety or long periods without sexual contact with a partner. On the other hand this can be learned reaction. Take for instance you and your partner are having sex and he/she is not enjoying the encounter, there would be certain triggers that would make you feel as if they wanted you to hurry up and " get off" if this happens enough you begin to fall into a pattern or conditioning. (remember what i said about sexual bad habits)
